Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages in India (TESOL-India) is a trademark owned by Society for Promotion of Indian Education and Culture, a public-benefit non-profit organization incorporated and registered in the state of Maharashtra, India in accordance with the Bombay Public Trusts Act 1950. The registration certificate bears Serial number E-4310 dated
24 May 2005 and is issued by the Public Charities Commissioner, Pune Division. The application for approval under section 80(G)5 of the Income Tax Act for tax exempt status has been made to the Income Tax department and is pending approval.
